My wife tried a similar idea: once a week on Wednesdays (termed Hump Day). We lasted two weeks and then fell back to our previous frequency: once every 6 weeks, or 7 or 8... It's better than nothing, but I wouldn't mind a challenge like this.

how long have you been married? I wish my husband was satisfied with only once every 6,7, or 8 weeks! ha!

Did I say I was satisfied? :-) To answer your question: 14 years. I love her to death and am coming to terms with our widely disparate libidos. There are few things better than sex in my book, but on the other hand, there's a whole lot more to life than that.

my husband and i did it but it was only half the year cause he works on a oil rig and is gone for seven days and home for seven days. if people had that kind of schedle i think it is ppossible other wise forget it.

I think the books like "52 Saturday Nights" or "52 Romantic Evenings" are a much more reasonable and feasible idea than the 365 days of sex... I think one great night a week (or more!!) is enough to keep any marriage steamy.

Altho I'm sure my husband likes the 365 days idea much better!!

I've tried the 52 romantic evenings for about 6 months... and even though sometimes we had to really muster up the energy at first, by the end we actually looked forward to it. this was 2 years ago though

Not sure that we would make it through the entire year...but I do recommend the book Sheet Music by Dr. Kevin Lehman (99% sure that is his correct spelling) and it was very inspiring and helped me get back into the mood after baby #2 arrived. Both my husband & I read it and it was great.

Shaving?? What's that?? Are sex and shaving related? If I had to shave first, it would happen less than it does now!!

maybe you just need to chose what suits you and modify it to fit your needs. that's what we did... and no we're not doing 365 days... but we're close!!

We have done this, and I personally thought it was a neat deal, you don't have to do one everyday. We also tried Love Notes. I think it's a great way to keep the sex appeal in your marriage.

I think I would die if I had to have 365 Days of Sex. I am guessing that this is a book? If so I am definitely going to have to check it out and see if it has any suggestions on how to "find the time".
