your doctor and family keep telling you to stop stressing and they step in and help but the stress you have you cant run from. it keeps finding you. how do you deal with that?

make sure you take some time every day to just relax and try to forget about the stress. The worst think you can do is stress about your stress... that'll keep you in a downward sprial! Think positive and take some alone time - take a hot bath, read a book, do something that doesnt require a lot of physical activitiy, and it will help your body relax, and eventually your mind will too. hope this helps! And just think how great it will be when you have your child:) it'll all be worth it
