Yoga - as good as they say?

Who's tried? I never quite caught on to the yoga craze, but after hearing so many people rave about its benefits to mind body and soul... I am thinking about trying it. There is a workout clothes store locally that offers free fridays. I'd love some feedback from people that have tried! Thanks

i go to yoga 3 times a week! it's VERY calming and very good for flexibility. It's sort of like a peaceful meditation, so it's definitely good for the mind and body. however - if you're looking for more of a workout, try pilates. It's similar but it's less mentally involved and more physical.
